Decision: Saturday's go/no-go is the real decision. If a rollback is needed before Tuesday's point of no return, v1's writes are restored, and the entries made in v2 meanwhile are exported from audit_log as a report and re-entered in v1 by hand. No replay script is written.

Why: a replay into v1's jsonb is a reverse migration, written once and thrown away, for about one business day of entries.
