Biome lints and formats, with its Next domain on; no ESLint or Prettier. Lefthook runs Biome on staged files and the commit message check, nothing slower; typecheck and tests run on push and in CI. Conventional Commits with package names as scopes, checked on the pull request title because we squash-merge.
