pnpm with Node LTS; Turborepo over pnpm workspaces; apps/web (Next.js 16) and apps/docs (Astro Starlight); supabase/ at the repository root; tools/ outside the workspace. The web app runs on Vercel (Singapore function region, paid plan); the docs on Cloudflare Pages behind Cloudflare Access. Staging and production are separate Supabase projects, without branching. Closes OQ3.
