TL-M0-04 · Remove the starter; pin pnpm 12 and Node 24

Why: v2 builds its own apps (D5) and uses Biome instead of ESLint and Prettier (D6). The starter pins pnpm 11.25.0; this step pins the pnpm 12 you have.

Goal

The repository has no apps or packages yet, and pins pnpm 12.8.1 and Node 24.

Before

TL-M0-03 is Done. You are in ~/opleet-v2/opleet.

Run

1 · Remove the starter's apps, packages and its empty .npmrc

rm -rf apps/docs apps/web packages/eslint-config packages/typescript-config packages/ui .npmrc

2 · Remove Prettier and the scripts that used the starter's tools

pnpm remove prettier
pnpm pkg delete scripts.format scripts.lint scripts.check-types

3 · Pin pnpm and Node

pnpm pkg set packageManager=pnpm@12.8.1 engines.node=24.x
echo 24 > .node-version

4 · Refresh the lockfile and commit

pnpm install

Expect

• Block 2: “- prettier” and “Done … using pnpm v11.25.0”. Inside the repo pnpm runs the version package.json pins, so it uses 11.25.0 until block 3 changes the pin.
• Block 4: “Done … using pnpm v12.8.1”, then the commit line.

12.8.1. package.json has only the build and dev scripts, turbo and typescript under devDependencies, "packageManager": "pnpm@12.8.1" and "engines": {"node": "24.x"}. Two commits.

If it fails

• pnpm remove says prettier isn't a dependency: it's already gone; carry on.
• Anything else: stop and paste the output.
