D17 · Migration steps before module pages
Accepted · 2026-10-02 · zuki · Partly supersedes D2's module order · Partly superseded by D25
Decision: after M0 moves into the monorepo, the migration steps for every domain and their reconcile checks are written first, in dependency order, until a full night runs end to end. Module pages follow on that schema. Money gets attention first: a read-only study of v1's bills, debts and payments on the legacy snapshot starts at once, so what it finds changes the schema before pages depend on it.
Why: money holds the biggest unknowns (running-balance bills, payments embedded in bills, a payments ledger that showed 0 rows, orphan bills), and schema changes after pages exist are expensive.
Consequences: the rebuild plan's per-module slices become two phases: a data phase across all domains, then pages for M1 to M7.
