  • 2026-10-02 · Register created. D1 and D10 to D24 accepted by zuki; D2 to D9 recorded from existing docs; open questions moved here from the database migration plan.
  • 2026-10-02 · CR1 raised by BE: the nightly rehearsal against the L0-for-good list. BE backlog rows updated after the first conformance pass.
  • 2026-10-05 · D25 accepted: M0 is rebuilt from an empty folder, in the order [Runbook] v2 timeline gives. Working rules updated for the timeline (roles, docs, executors, IDs); OQ17 is now needed before FE's M0 language pack. BE-M0-02, 03, 04 and 09 and FE-M0-01 withdrawn.
  • 2026-10-05 · BE: the M0 tab of [Runbook] v2 backend rewritten as packs A to F (BE-M0-10 to BE-M0-30) for D25, with pack A written. The database docs carry the D25 line and the new step references. BE backlog rows updated.
  • 2026-10-05 · FE: the M0 tab of [Runbook] v2 frontend rewritten as packs A to E for D25. Packs A (FE-M0-02 to FE-M0-05) and B (FE-M0-06 to FE-M0-08) are written; C and E wait for their timeline rows and D for OQ17. FE-R6 asked in [Runbook] v2 backend. FE backlog rows and timeline rows 24 to 29 updated.
  • 2026-10-05 · D26 accepted: the organization stays on GitHub Free for now. In [Runbook] v2 timeline, TL-M0-14 is split into path B (a local push guard, now) and path A (the ruleset, before anyone other than zuki gets write access); TL-M0-21 adds Vercel's Deployment Checks, and the M0 exit check lists main's protection.
  • 2026-10-06 · D27 accepted: apps/docs is the source of truth, written before tests and code; a new Docs Engineer role; agents work in a private fork until there is a paid GitHub plan. D1, D23 and D25 marked; working rules updated (order of authority, roles, docs, human first, IDs); four backlog rows added.
  • 2026-10-06 · OQ23 added: the GitHub plan until cutover, waiting for management approval. Row 14b of the timeline is its gate; TL-M0-26 no longer waits for the agent fork.
  • 2026-10-06 · BE: pack B (BE-M0-12 to BE-M0-20) written and sent to zuki as a draft for review; its tests carry R-TODO marks until DOC pack A gives the rule IDs. Pack E adds pnpm docs:reference as BE-M0-31 and maps the 44 acceptance checks to rule IDs in BE-M0-27. Pack A logged Done. [Runbook] v2 backend stamped through D27; timeline rows 18, 19 and 22 updated.
  • 2026-10-06 · FE: [Runbook] v2 frontend brought to D26 and D27. FE-M0-05 merges only through a pull request (the local-merge option is gone). Pack E's specs go in apps/web/e2e with rule IDs in their titles; the six rules they need are listed under Needs from docs in the M0 tab. Stamped through D27; timeline rows 25 and 29 updated.
  • 2026-10-07 · BE: pack B final. Every pgTAP test cites a rule ID from DOC pack A's draft 1 (187 tests; each of the 135 M0 B rules has one), and be-pack-b.zip went to zuki. Ten questions for the Docs Engineer (DOC-Q1 to DOC-Q10) are in [Runbook] v2 backend, pack B. Timeline row 19 is Ready after row 14c.
  • 2026-10-07 · D28 and D29 accepted: GitHub Team with one seat, agents in Opleettop/monorepo through the Claude app, work tracked in issues and a Project, and every v2 doc moving into apps/docs now (D28); Indonesian-first text built in apps/web as the Frontend Engineer's option A1 (D29). OQ17 and OQ23 closed, OQ24 added; D26 superseded and D27 partly; the fork removed from the working rules and backlog. In [Runbook] v2 timeline, row 14b is now TL-M0-28 (the ruleset, Dependabot alerts, labels, the Opleet v2 board and the Claude app), TL-M0-27 runs right after it, and TL-M0-25 is withdrawn.
  • 2026-10-07 · The register and the timeline move into apps/docs as one pull request (TL-M0-27, D28): one page per decision under Decisions, the working rules under Contributing, the timeline and its TL steps under Build. The open questions, the change request, the open rows of the conformance backlog and every open M0 row of the timeline become issues #9 to #67.
