D8 · The design system stays inside apps/web

Accepted · 2026-10-01 · zuki · Detail: [Spec] v2 monorepo architecture

design/opleet and components/opleet stay in apps/web behind an @ui/ path alias. They become a package only when a second app needs them, such as a partner portal or apps/docs. The driver app can't use them.
